Dr. McNall joined the faculty at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in July 2001 after completing her training in pediatrics and pediatric hematology/oncology at Children’s Mercy Hospital (Kansas City) and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital (Memphis). She is also a graduate of Vanderbilt University and the University of Tennessee College of Medicine. At OU, Dr. McNall has partnered with many people across disciplines to care for children with cancer and blood disorders. Her primary clinical interest is neuro-oncology. She has also founded a comprehensive clinic for children and adolescents with neurocutaneous syndromes such as neurofibromatosis and tuberous sclerosis. Since 2007, Dr. McNall has been OU’s institutional principal investigator for the Children’s Oncology Group, bringing state of the art clinical trials to the children of Oklahoma.

Although proud of her accomplishments under the title Dr. McNall, she has many other titles – daughter to Lynn and Sherrie; sister to Lisa and Nicole; wife to Ryan; mom to Cooper, Jordan, and Carter; aunt, friend, activist, etc. My most important roles are bio mom, foster mom, adoptive mom and mama bear to multiple children with special needs.
