Adrienne L. Rollins currently serves as the Director for both Health Policy, Planning and Partnerships and the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority at the Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH). Ms. Rollins previously served in a variety of roles in Tobacco Control at OSDH from 2012 to-2016, at which time she became the Interim Director for the Center for Health Innovation and Effectiveness. Prior to joining the OSDH team, she held positions focused on improving health at the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services and the Oklahoma City Indian Clinic.

Ms. Rollins has focused her career toward the enhancement of public health strategies and implementing innovative practices aimed toward the improvement of population health. Ms. Rollins has led a number of health care reform initiatives to identify innovative, cost-effective strategies to strengthen the state’s health system infrastructure, and ensure access to care for all. She is currently a member of the Leadership Board of Directors for the American Lung Association – Oklahoma Chapter.

Ms. Rollins earned her Master of Public Administration with a focus in public policy from the University of Oklahoma in 2005, and her Bachelor of Arts with an emphasis in Public Relations and Organizational Communication from Cameron University in 2003. She enjoys her downtime watching Sooner football with her family and friends, and hanging out with her husband, Shane and two kids, Porter and Scarlett.
