Mohammad O Ramadan, MD

Dr. Mohammad Ramadan is the Section Chief of Urology at the Oklahoma City Veterans Affairs Health Care Systems (VA HCS) and an Assistant Professor in the OUHSC Department of Urology since 2016. He is also the newly appointed Associate Chief of Surgery at the OKC VA HCS. He completed urologic residency and subsequent fellowship in Urologic Oncology and minimally invasive robotic surgery at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. He received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine after completing his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering at The Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Ramadan is focused on providing excellent urologic care to veterans especially in the areas of urologic cancers and minimally invasive surgery. He enjoys teaching and utilizes robotic simulation and animal models to train residents in surgical techniques. He is also involved with the Young Adult Cancer Support Group of Oklahoma at the Stephenson Cancer Center.
