Half-day conference for health professionals focusing on current diagnosis and management of dementia and dementia related care issues.

1. Apply information about race and ethnic differences in access and quality of care among people with ADRD.
2. Explain racial differences in nursing home and home health quality among Medicare enrollees with ADRD.
3. Use data sources to identify migration and mobility among Medicare enrollees with ADRD.
4. Explain the public health implications of dementia caregiving.
5. Summarize the dissemination strategy and activities of the BOLD Public Health Center of Excellence on Dementia Caregiving.
6. Identify future public health projects to support dementia caregivers that would be supported by the BOLD Public Health Center of Excellence on Dementia Caregiving.
7. Explain the pathophysiology of Alzheimer’s Disease.
8. Utilize “gold standard” testing options for Alzheimer’s disease and emerging blood-based biomarkers.
9. Identify the appropriate use of anti-amyloid monoclonal antibodies in the treatment of early Alzheimer’s disease.
