Trauma Grand Rounds is a monthly, one hour conference related to care for the trauma patient. A wide variety of topics and clinical scenarios will be discussed with audience participation and feedback on presented issues. 

1. Recognize and discuss complications and errors in a non-punitive environment and identify necessary clinical practice changes
2. Recognize and prevent repetition of errors leading to complications and relate good communication to medical personnel
